We focus just on you and what you and your body need with a combination of yoga and Ayurveda.

Consultations via Zoom or potentially in person depending on your location

investment:

  • yoga allow one hour for £80 paid prior to the appointment for yoga.

  • consultation £120 for ayurvedic or in-depth consultations with notes emailed to you after the consultation.

Small print: there is a strict 24-hour cancellation notice. The payment is for the time allocated and is non-refundable if not rescheduled/cancelled before the cancellation notice.

1:1 program or private yoga session

One-to-one private yoga session

Here we focus just on you. Your goals and aims. It can be a few one-off yoga sessions or you might enjoy the private yoga classes as a regular practice weekly.

We meet on Zoom for the hour where you’ll practice your yoga guided to you as an individual. I focus on you. How you move, your alignment and any adjustments we can do to enhance your practice.

If you have any specific concerns such as injuries, medical issues or recovering from surgery we will focus on that. Or perhaps you are pregnant and want to prepare for labour and birth or recovering from birth.

You may get some pointers you can use in regular classes too or in your home practice.

Personalised 8-week yoga program

This is excellent if you commit to change and go deep. Because we meet over a set period of time we can work towards a goal and you can integrate what we discuss and practice.

Our Zoom calls clarify where you are at, and any concerns you may have, and for me to educate and share how yoga and potentially ayurveda can support you.

We create a personalised program that works for you. I’ll record video practises for you that fit into your routine: Perhaps dynamic yoga, more relaxed stretches, breathing practices, yoga nidra or specialised focus such as pelvic floor.

We can also include ayurvedic support including some lifestyle, herbs and ayurvedic practices. And other resources.
